Terms of service

By placing an order on GlowNest, you agree to these terms.

Orders & pricing: all prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by pricing errors or stock issues, with a full refund.

Payment: processed securely at checkout through Shopify.

Shipping: delivery times are estimates; see our Shipping page for details.

Warranty: your projector is covered by our 12-month warranty; see the Warranty page. For anything else, contact us and we'll sort it out.

Product use: please follow the included instructions. We're not responsible for damage caused by misuse.

Liability: our liability is limited to the price you paid for the product.
